Heavy-duty trucks and buses running on natural gas reduce GHG emissions by an estimated 15 to 25 percent, as compared to diesel trucks and buses.
Please join Calgary Economic Development, the Canada West Foundation and the Van Horne Institute on March 21, 2012 for a conference that will explore the future of natural gas as a transportation fuel.
W.A. Sam Shaw, Vice President of Natural Gas Policy Development, Encana, will provide the keynote address, followed by two panel discussions featuring experts from both the Natural Gas and Transportation industries.
Fuel Forward: Propelling Transportation with Natural Gas will introduce and showcase new innovations and examine how natural gas can be moved forward as a marketable alternative to other fuel options.
